Does IRCC need to know about common-law separation ?

Hi guys,

Do I have to inform IRCC if I am no longer with my common-law partner ? We applied Express Entry CEC together and got PR together as common law partners before but we are separated now.

If already both of you have PR? if that's the case you don't have to inform them anything. IRCC is interested in your marital status WHILE YOU APPLY. but after that... no worries
