Does IRCC check if the financial documents are different from the sibling who is already in Canada,if younger sibling is applying for student now?

My brother is already in canada for 2 years. He is on study visa .
I am applying for study visa now .
I was wondering if the IRCC checks and compare my financial documents against his one ?
Because there have been some drastic changes our income and properties now than at that time.
For example, The annual income of parents at that time was 25 lakhs(business, mothers salary) but now its 43 lakhs(addition of land lease and fathers salary , increase in profit in business) and the property value has also increased drastically from 1.7 crore (mother house and land, father land) to 3.5 cr (increase in value, addition of grandmothers land).
its all genuine.
But I am worried IRCC digs that up and suspects the drastic changes .
or IRCC doesnt have the old documents in their database and treat me as completley different?
Note: There's no misrepresentation because he had mentioned all sibling during his application and I will also mention during my application.
Should I worry ?

Yes expect that there will be cross referencing. As long as you have proof to back-up any changes in income. The business accounts must be separated from personal accounts. Would assume many of the business profits will remain in the business accounts for reinvestment in the business, to maintain a certain amount to prepare for any reduction In income, etc. so the change in personal income may not be that drastic. Would be prepared to show proof that land prices prices have increased significantly since your sister applied.

Would warn you that because your sister is already in Canada you will have a tougher time proving that you don”t have strong ties to Canada.

The engineer valued the properties and gave the certificate for their value. Except the house which has decpreciated , all others have increased and there have been drastic development in my area.Plus I have included my grandmother's property this time which is a significant chunk.
As for income, it's two new income sources : father's salary and land lease
but the old business(profit :22 lakhs to 31 lakhs in 3 years time period ) and mother's salary is however steadily only increasing.
All verified from Local ward office of Nepal government , pay slips , and tax clearances.
But at first glance,
It's looking suspicious as it's really drastic.
So I am kinda worried.

what is lakhs or crore???? its public forum from different background...is lakh a 100,000 and crore a million???

You should show all income.In terms of property you don’t need to show all the property you own especially in cases where property is not worth much or if it is vety difficult to get proof of ownership or valuation.
