Does independent contractor offer works for BC tech Pilot

My CRS score is 429 and I had received a contractual job offer with a BC employer for one year in September 2018. I am still working with them. It just occurred to me right now whether this offer can be considered under BC tech pilot?

No only full time offers are considered under BC Tech PNP.
