Does high blood pressure create any problems for PR processing?

I did my upfront medical today.And doctor checked my blood pressure three times and all three times it's high. And they did the urine test and doctor said report looks good. Further doctor didn't ask for any other test.

Does this will create any impact on my pr process? Did CIC will ask for any further test? Please advise.

My wife has high blood pressure and is in tablets for it. Doctor at medical said it was fine but a week later she was asked to go in for a serum creatinine test.
She has had this test with her own doctor before and it showed she has mild renal dysfunction... I expect that this will show up but am not sure if it will cause an issue.
