Does having backlogs affect my chances of getting into good MBA university ?

I had like 12 backlogs during my B.Tech all cleared in time now i want to apply for MBA i have 4 yrs of experience in IT company and thinking of preparing for GMAT. I just want to confirm that does having backlogs affect my chances of getting in good B School ?

U need to get a score of 700+ and you can get admission at some good universities
