does Graduate Assistantship (GA) and co-op qualify as work experience?

Hi,

Thanks in advance for reading my post.

I'm a Master student in computer science in University of Windsor and will be graduating in one month.
I'm in the process of applying for PR and want to know if my graduate assistant ship work in the university counts as work experience or not?

I have had 3 GA allocations during my studies. each for 4 months. and 140 hours of work.
so overall it's 420 hours in 12 months.

I have also worked 7 months Full-Time as a co-op student (Web Developer). would this also count as work experience?

To my understand, Co-op doesn't account to any CEC work expeirences. They consider Co-ops as the part of your study. I didn't write my co-op expeirences in the work expeirence list, even my co-op was a full-time almost accumulated 12 months long.
