Does final semester undergraduate full-time paid internship count as work experience?

I have done full-time paid internship in the final semester of undergraduate (apart from two years of full-time after graduation). Can I claim points for this internship? If I put just two years of experience, I have lower CRS than when I add this 5 month internship. I do have the offer letter for this internship mentioning how much I was paid and how long this lasted and is from very reputed Company.

Outside Canada,no issues.It is counted.
Make sure the letter is as per IrCc requirement and has duties listed in it as per the chosen NoC( alteast 70%)
