Does experience before graduation count for Canadian pr visa

This is faraz I have work experience of 3 years after graduation from 2019-2022 also I worked for 4 years during my bachelor's studies in the same streaming of my bachelor's in which I worked as an intern for 6 ji months and 3.5years as site engineer please tell me how many years of experience will be count when I apply for Canadian pr visa.

Please answer my question how many years of experience will be count only 3 years or 7 years it would be very helpful for my future if you suggest me with your valuable words.

If skilled, then 7. This doesn’t increase CRS points as it counts only up to 3 years.
