Does everyone with 400+ CRS points gets an Ontario expression of interest?

I read the criteria to receive a PT Notification of Interest from Ontario and it seems pretty simple (400+ CRS points and a few other details).
So does everyone matching their criteria gets a notification of interest or is there further criteria that is not disclosed to the public?

At the moment a CRS score of 400 seems to be the criteria that leads to the 'Ontario Expression of Interest'. In terms of the criteria the only information is the one available on their website.

So you mean that as long as I have 400 points (and match the criteria) I would get the notification of interest?

You may have to re-create your profile before you do. There was a notification in November that went out saying there was a glitch in the system preventing people from receiving Letters of Interest from Ontario. The suggested remedy was to delete your existing EE profile and create a new EE profile. A lot of people on the forum did this and received 'Letters of Interest' from Ontario (as long as they had the CRS score of over 400).

I haven't created my profile yet, still waiting for IELTS results ;D
I wanted to know if it's a *fact* that I will get the expression of interest as long as I have 400 points. From your reply, I'm guessing so, and I'm very happy about it thanks!
