Does EEBC — International Post-Graduate not require English proficiency?

I don't see English proficiency requirement in welcomeBC website. Is it not really required? Anyone know about this program?

You need to meet the requirements for FSW, CEC or FST to qualify for this program - so yes, English proficiency is absolutely required and must be demonstrated through taking one of the approved tests.

Do they require work experience before applying to EEBC INTERNATIONAL POST GRADUATE stream? As this stream requires to be eligible in one of the three categories of IRCC immigration(fsw,fst,cec) and they require work ex., So that means work ex is required for EEBC INTERNATIONAL POST GRADUATE?
