hello all
how i can understand Next Year or 2 years later still Express entry with this structure works? [not changed anymore for example if now master degree has 120 not changed to 90 ]
i mean 1 year later or few years later we can apply through this program and if now CRS 500 is valid[get invite] 2 years later can be good confirmation for getting invitation

why i ask this thread because some program like mon project or even arima has been changed smoothly by the time which lead to making another decision for eligible applicant :computer was 16 changed to 12 and maybe now 9

No - it's not permanent. Yes - it's possible the program may change in 1-2 years.

There are psychics with crystal balls or astrologers who may be able to predict the future. That aside, it is anybody's guess.

Changes are being made all the time. Points given for work changed from 600 to 200 or 50. They started awarding CRS points for having siblings living in Canada in mid 2017. So changes are being made all the time.
