Hi Experts,

I have three Doubts to clarify ,

My CRS score is around 420 and I would like to try for province nomination to improve my CRS.

1.What is the major criteria for getting Province nomination?.
2.I have done a 3 year diploma in India. I don't have a degree. whether it will affect in getting province nomination?.
3.My wife and baby is not accompanying me as the baby is just 7 months old. whether it have any affect on getting province nomination. Do I have to include them ?.

1. You need to have a job offer from that Province.
2. Yes, your education effects your points for PNP as well.
3. You will have to list them on your application so yes, you do need to include them.

1. It depends on which Province you are planning to immigrate to. Not all provinces require job offers. But each have their own criteria that you need to fulfill in order to be accepted in their PNP program.

2. Firstly, get your diploma evaluated by WES or similar. A diploma gives you a lower score in CRS, but it should not necessarily affect your PNP application, especially if you have at least 1 year experience in an in-demand occupation

3. You have to include your wife and baby in the application, even if they are not accompanying you. And so you will have to show Proof of Funds for 3 people, instead of one. Having the correct amount of PoF can affect your nomination.
