Does Canada give any weight to the size of the company that I received my work experience from? For example would I be more likely to receive PR if the company has 200+ employees and much higher revenue rather than 6 employees?

No - they don't. As long as it's clear you have obtained the work experience you say you have - it's no different.

Dear bro they have never mentioned any thing like that in their rules for immigration as skilled visa, only the experience matters nothing else.
