Does CIO return an application if points do not total 67?

My Education points are in doubt. If my total points do not add up to 67, will my FSW application be returned by CIO , or
will it still be forwarded to visa office and then refused by the visa office?

Please note that CIO has already charged my credit card for $ 550.

After 26th June rules update . i think now they do calculate points at CIO level.

Dear harmony1,

If you are short of points(less than 67), you will be rejected for sure. Gone those days when even 65/66 ppoints were accepted. Now the visa offices are flooded with the applications, so there is no way out with your current application.

BTW, are you confused about education points? what is your educatin? You can write it down here and you will get advise from the forum members.

Have you deposited your ielts result? if u r post 26 june then for sure u had done ielts ,and if u r pre june and did not submit your ielts result then they will not reject your application n will waioit for result scores
