Does CIC sydney office calculate points ?

dear friends..

just hve a quick question in mind :

Does CIC sydney office calculate points too or they just check application eligibility as per ministrial instructions of 3 categories?
and how many points are there for B.A (3 yrs regular degree from Punjab university,CHD)

and last, i m very much confused if we ca claim points for Correspondence degree of M.Com(completed in 2 yrs from same university)
because AEO has already been issued as a book keeper but not some told points cant be claimed for correspondece study?

1. No they don't calculate the points.
2. Bachelor degree, at least 14 years of study, 20.
3. Some distance learning is accepted, some isn't depends on the attitude of CHC to the school and its programs.
