This is regarding my mom's renewal for a permanent residence card.
She mailed it via courier on March 15th if I can recall correctly and she has not gotten any letter that says they have already received it since except for a voicemail saying that they got the wrong Client ID written on the receipt.
Now I'm really not sure if it is legit because the person on the other line did not introduce herself properly.
She only introduced her name and that she received the "request" without elaborating on what request that was and which institution she's calling for. I just wanted to ask if CIC communicates via phone call.
