Does CEC affect Restoration

Thanks for reading my post.

I was a PGWP holder. I applied for CEC. But, for some mistake, it was rejected. As a result, my BOWP was also rejected. Almost two months ago, I applied for a restoration of my status as student.

So far, I have not heard anything back regarding my Study permit yet. I am planning to re-submit my CEC application with the correct documents. Is that going to affect my restoration application anyway?

I know people, their visa was rejected because they had immigration application in process. However, they were mainly from outside Canada. I have only few days remaining from the restoration period.

I am planning to re-submit my application. But, little confused.

Any input would be appreciated.

Wish I could give you an answer, but I'm in the same boat. PGWP expired, CEC got rejected, and now I'm waiting to receive a rejection letter for BOWP. In the coming weeks I'm going to apply for restoration of status as a visitor, and CEC.
