Does candidate applied for PR before? ITA questionnaire

Hi Guys,

I have applied to PR in 2014 before the express entry and my application was returned due to job number cap reached. Now, I got an invitation to apply for PR EE. What do I have to pick from the drop down menu asking if I had applied for PR before (Yes or No)?
