  • My Ielts score in 7, 7, 7, 6
  • My degree is BSCS
  • My work experience ( outside of Canada is 3 years)
  • My age is 30
    - no I don't have offer from Canadian employer
Should I apply for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (Express Entry) with offer from Canadian employer? Does it worth it?

You don’t need a job offer or Canadian work experience to apply to Express Entry - FSW if you have enough points to be eligible (67+). You want a CRS score of over 468 to be nominated.

You aren't going to have enough points to be selected through Express Entry directly. You'll need to increase your points through doing a combination of getting higher IELTS scores, learning French and taking the French test, getting higher education, getting Canadian education and / or getting Canadian work experience. You really need a score that is 470+ to have a good chance of being selected.

If it's not possible to increase your score to that level, then you will need to investigate the PNP programs to see if any of those are an option.

I have a confusion here, express entry and FSW are same or different

Express Entry has three streams - FSW, CEC (Canadian experience) and FST (trades). You are applying for EE-FSW. There hasn’t been an FSW or open draw since last year.
I just want to know do i qualify for FSW or not? Does it is stop due to covid? Should i apply for FSW

You need to calculate whether you qualify or not. You need at least 67 points to put your name in the pool. If you are eligible then calculate your CRS score. Given your profile, you most likely don’t have enough CRS points. Want at least 468. There hasn’t been FSW draw since last year but will resume when Covid numbers improve. No one can tell your whether to apply or not. If score is low look at provincial nomination programs. If you don’t want to research yourself then hire a licensed consultant.
