My son has two citizenships already. He is a born US citizen and also citizen of my home country.
Now we are in Canada on PR, and hopefully will be Canadian citizen in time.

I know US allows dual nationality and so does Canada and my home country.
But in his case there are not dual but triple citizenships.
Will his third Canadian citizenship have any effect on his first US citizenship?

Thanks.

Although this is a question for a US forum not a Canadian should be no impact although he will still as I understand it still need to use a US passport to enter the US and also I heard somewhere something about as a US citizen reporting taxes even if living outside the US but may be wrong on that. Not that he would want to give up US citizenship but isnt there a large fee to do that specifically designed to discourage that.

Keeping 3 passports up to date of course comes with a cost

There is really no such thing as allowing "dual" (two) citizenships only. A country either allows just 1 citizenship (their own), or has no limit to number of citizenships one can hold. If a country allows dual, then they won't care how many citizenships you have. I've heard of people having 5, 6 and more citizenships simultaneously before.
