Does CA inter qualifies for 2 or more certificate course

Hi,
I have done my bachelor's (B.com) from Delhi University. And also completed CA PCC( CA Inter).

B.com from Delhi University is eligible for 4 years bachelor's degreee - confirmed

Does WES evaluate CA Inter as 1 year certification and if it does then can I select the option within crs as two or more certificates/ diplomas/ degrees. One must be for a program of 3 years or more.

Has anyone come across such situation and if so, whether they have applied in the pool with qualification as two or more certificates. Is this accepted by the authority and has anyone got invitation to apply?

You did your CA Inter along with B.com right?? Was your study period of B.com and CA Inter Overlapped??

I completed my graduation in 2011 and result was out in Oct 2011
I passed PCC exam held in Nov 2011 and May 2012.
