Hi, I'm on my post-graduation work permit. I got a job and applied for BC PNP. I got invited, but on my application, this is the Employer Declaration (PDF) form that needs to be filled out by my employer. The problem is that it contains questions related to LMIA like: "Explain why the recruitment process was unsuccessful in hiring a Canadian worker". My employer doesn't want to answer these questions, as my recruitments didn't process through LMIA.
Because I got my masters from SFU in BC and I'm on my Post Graduation Work Permit, I suppose I don't need LMIA. So I'm confused about the process. Can anyone help me with this?
