Does Background check happens before medical request?

Hi everyone,

Am hoping someone can help me answer this. My husband's H&C based outland visa application has been in process for 26 months.

The GCSM note says that H&C approved and eligibility passed. Back in March they requested for DNA test and they got the result which was positive.

My question is, do you think they are conducting his background check? because their silence is killing us. No medical request as of yet. Very frustrated.

No one can really say what is happening. You will just need to keep waiting.
