Does Background “in process” certified that your PPR is coming

I am PNP nominated, AOR 26th October 2015. Visa office Abu Dhabi.
Background in process since last Monday i.e. 21st March onwards.
Two queries please, after Background “in process” in how much time can one expect PPR one month or one week any general trend seen from CIC to your best of knowledge.
Lastly are there any case reported that the applicant got his/her Background “in process” and then got rejection from CIC, Does Background “in process” certified that your PPR is coming

no need to panic, and dont be afraid, after this in process, it will change to file tranfer, after this, it will change to medical request, now u will pay RIGHT TO PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE, so they will also be mailling u too on what to do, so medical recieved, then decision made, now passport request, then u get it back with visa on it, thats the summary, dis whole show cant be more than 8 months depending on ur visa office

There are few cases of rejection, unless may b u have security problems like a terriorist,, or some1 that has commited a crime before can be rejected at dis point, but if u have not involve in any of dis, wait for 7 month and collect ur visa

But I believe BG comes in process only after paying the Right of landing fees, in my case I pain right of landing fees in November itself and now after 5 months mycic is showing in process
