DOES ANYONE KNOW THE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER FOR THE MEDICAL OFFICE IN LONDON

My wife's medical exam is being sent on Saturday to London medical office from Djibouti. I want to let them know to let, Nairobi know right away to send my confirmation of permanent residence. Also does the London medical office process it there and then send it to Nairobi visa office or so they just let then know?!?!
