Does anyone know how to fill the fee payment form?

Hi every one,

I applied for Canada before 26 June 2010 and I wasn’t married at that time, now I'm married, and I received the AOR in October 2010 and now I have to submit full document to London visa office in the middle of Feb, 2011.

My question is?


In the FEE PAYMENT FORM they mention that Application submitted with incorrect payment will be returned, so I have to fill the form correctly, and in my case I have to send with the documents the processing fee for my wife only,

so, how can I fill the FEE PAYMENT FORM? Is there anything I can do to mention that this fee is for my wife only?

Dear Asaad,

You need to prepare a summary of Payment for Application Fees in excel sheet and attached it at the top of payment form.

For example,

Summary of Payment of Application Fees

Name : Applicant Amount (CA$) Remarks
ABC Primary Applicant 550/- Already paid to CIO - Payment Receipt No:
XYZ Spouse 550/- Bank Draft No: dated attached
ssss Child 150/- Bank Draft No: dated attached

Attached this at the top of the Payment Form , so that this will clear the payment for spouse + kids, if any.

Please note that For each applicant (family members) seperate payment form is to be prepared.

Bank Draft can be prepared one for all.

yep fill the form and u can attach small page or color sticker for indication that this is wife fees.
