Does anyone had CT scan further medical examination request?

Hi guys, my wife needed furthermore medical examination (CT scan) caused 3months to complete, and it has successefully done now.
My question is does it make application processing time much longer? Outland paper application in Singapore VO

If this is medical furtherance then your application will be assessed. No timelines for this. You have to wait
This may increase overall processing time too & they may ask for additional tests if needed to determine if this will strain public healthcare in case

Because medical requested was on Dec 22, 2022 and completed on Jan 04, 2023!
Eligibility on pr tracker was in progress on Dec 15! Jun 05, got an email for further medical examination and done (medical passed) on Apl 05, 2023!
Eligibility again to progress in tracker on May 23, 2023!
It confused me
