My Nepalese friend is about to request a TRV in a few weeks for his 2nd time. 1st was refused . I , the sponsor, was able to get hold of the GCMS file as a representant. My question is WOULD IT BE A GOOD IDEA TO ADD A LETTER WITH REMARKS ADRESSING LAST YEARS REASONS OF REFUSAL AND TRY TO REASON THE VISA OFFICER OR COULD THAT CREATE A NEGATIVE REACTION INSTEAD. I do not intend to criticize negatively the VO but instead try to defend some of the points he was refused for. There are more documents added to his 2nd request , not all points are possible to correct. Example current job situation: He 's had the same job for many years now. He cant change job but surely we can defend this point and bring a different point of view. So ....what do u think?
