1) Does any 2014 applicants received the AOR?
2) How to check e-CAS before the AOR? Is it possible to see Status of the application before AOR?
3) If the CIC return the application due to incomplete or missing documents, roughly within in how many days they would return?

It's too early. My citizenship application was received December 5th and my e-CAS only started showing information for my application this week. Before this week e-CAS showed nothing for my application.

If you applied in 2014 then I would wait another month before trying to check e-CAS (or longer if you submitted your application after the first week of January).
