Does a job offer from a multinational IT company be considered as a valid job offer supported by LMIA for express entry

I am here in canada on a work permit from a multinational IT company and I wanted to know if a job offer from the company be considered as a valid job offer supported by the LMIA to be eligible for express entry?

So you are on a LMIA exempt permit. You cannot count 50 points until you have completed one year, and have a new job offer letter offering you employment one year past you receiving PR.

Thanks ..yeah ..just gathering information now..will apply only after a year is completed..I wasn’t sure if this will count or not..
