does 5.5 band in one module is eligible for study visa?

I need information regarding my eligibility.Actually i have got w:5.5, s:6.5, R: 7, L:7...with overall band of 6.5
i have completed B.tech in computer science....and now will choose pg course in diploma..so wether i am eligible for filing or i am not?

overall band matters, so overall 6.5 is quite good for student visa.

my overall ielts score is 7....but i had 5.5 in speaking,7 in both reading and writing and 8.5 in listening....
so i want to know that can i get admission to a Post-Baccalauerate Diploma(Management or Accounting) in a good university/college in Canada??
and also can any1 tell me some good colleges or univs in toronto or in vancouver??
