Does 362 days of Canada Experience makes eligible for Canana Experience class?

I have 362 days of Canada experience working 40 hours a week. Am I eligible for Canadian Experience Class?

Its 12 months not any number of days i.e 52weeks @ 30hrs/wk.

if you mean your employment ended 3 days short of the full year, there is no clear answer. Technically, you do not meet the 1 year requirement, but VOs sometimes do accept this on a case by case basis. And no applications have yet been finalized under EE, we have no clue yet whether this has changed.

If you have no way of working another week to ensure you meet the 1 year requirement, you can decide whether or not it is worth the gamble.

Your reference letters MUST show 1 yr employment Ex: 10-June-2014 to 10-June-2015....but I would generally ask to take a cushion of another 2-3 weeks and apply, which is not possible in your case.Hope this helps.

you are acceptable, my firend was short of 10 days..he is waiting for his RPRF now. I was short of 1 day and mine is the same status too. but ur too late for CEC now i suppose. Its only express entry now.

CEC still exists, through express entry.
