I am Canadian and sponsoring my partner. I went on a vacation for 19 days to be with family around the holidays, I came back a week before Christmas to be with my partner. My partner (principle applicant) didn’t join me on my vacation as his visa situation was uncertain and he couldn’t really leave the country.
I just went to the states.
I’m confused if this is something we need to include in our application? If so where would we put this? If we don’t include this information, will the immigration officer be able to see I left the country for 19 days?
Our total continuous cohabitation is 16 months and it’s the only break we had during that time.
