Documents upload post ITA form (URGENT)

Hi Seniors,

I need your advise very urgently!

After receiving ITA, I am uploading all the documents required in the personal document checklist. But I am confused about few things-
1. Police Certificate (Multiple) is mentioned but I didnot stay in another country more than six months? What shall I do?
2. Digital Photo- I acquired the soft copy from the studio. Dimensions: 413 x 531, Resolution: 300 dpi, Bit depth: 24, File type: jpg. Can I upload this photo? or Do I need to get the stamp, date on the back of the photo and then scan it and upload?
3. I and my wife had a joint Fixed Deposit and last week on maturity I created another Fixed Deposit on my name only. So, do I need to get a gift letter from my wife? What should be the wordings?

I appreciate your response at the earliest.

1. Ignore the "multiple" if it doesn't apply in your case. Just upload the PCC for your country of residence.

2. Just upload this photo.

3. Get a signed self declaration from then stating that this transaction is a gift not a loan,hence need not be returned to them at any point in time. Attach the bank statements showing receipt of these funds into your account.
