This is strange, when I first get my ITA and looking at the documents checklist - there are 14 uploads that need to be done for each of the required supporting documents.
Today, I signed in and there's a new 15th field that says LOE (Optional) - ie. there's a new extra field that I can optionally upload ANY extra information.
So far, because I initially see the 14 upload slots, I've included LOE with the requested document in 1 PDF
Has anybody seen this? What do you put in that extra field?
