Documents to be submitted to CIO ?

Dear all,
The main checklist on CIO application mentions that "Do not send any other documents right now other than those on this checklist". But the documents inside (eg. at English language proficiency question etc.), they say "Provide proof".

Should I be sending the proof documents as well to CIO ?
