Documents to be submitted for ECA

Please let me know the document list to be submitted for ECA.

Also, can I submit these documents for ECA without IELTS score? (since I am writing IELTS in May last week)

Appreciate if any one could guide me the procedure for submitting ECA.

For your concern about ielts exam..No you do not need one when applying for wes ECa
