Documents to be submitted after receiving an ITA through PNP from Ontario

Hai Everyone

I have received an ITA, after getting a provincial nomination from Ontario,

1. Can somebody advice me regarding the Document lists to be submitted to CIC after getting PN Certificate
2. Will the checklist be same for everyone??
3. What is the time to submit the documents to CIC??

How long did it take to get nomination from Ontario?
How long does it take for CIC to issue the PR after applying with a provincial nomination?
