Hello all,

I was wondering if the documents we submit for spouse visitor visa should be notarized or certified or not ? I am talking about documents like passport, study permit, marriage certificate etc...Also , the documents which need to be sent from my side such as passport, study permit, university letter , bank statement etc...can they be scanned and emailed?

Reply will be greatly appreciated.

Read the sponsorship checklist and the applicant checklist for the office where your spouse is applying. It tells you if a copy is required or a notarized copy is required. Then you follow the instructions.
