Documents required to sponsor someone for student visa.

I am from India and applying for undergraduate study permit. My father's sister and her husband wants to sponsor me. They are living there for 35 years on canadian citizenship.My aunt starts her business of day care centre recently thus she can't show her income tax documents of past 2 years and all the utility bills are on her husband's name. Thus, I want to ask that can she sponsor me? Beside it , i have already purchased GIC of $10000 from canadian bank. Do i also need to pay my one year tuition fees before applying visa if she is sponsoring me?

How is she going to prove she has the money to sponsor your education? Is she going to provide a copy of her bank statement that shows she has enough funds saved?
