Documents required, help!

Dear friends of the forum:

My sponsorship applications are being reviewed since December 19th. Today, they require the following documents:

Evidence of intention to re-establish in Canada:

Job offer in Canada, property rental agreement, employment contract, property deed, letter of acceptance by educational institution in Canada, mortgage of property, etc.

Ask: How could I have one or more of these documents? My wife (sponsor) and I are not yet in Canada.

PS: With a person who lives in Canada I can get a lease, but will this document only be necessary?

Write up and send in your game plan. Proof of contacting realtors, job-hunting (like registering on the government job bank), uni applications, emails to friends about how you're coming back to see them, financial transfers to your Canadian bank account, etc.
