In SDS CATEGORY there is no need to show Proof of funds because you are paying 1 yr fees and GIC. It can even backfire you.
Nevertheless, IT RETURNS of your Dad and Mom are valid.
If you have taken a loan that it shows that you are not financially stronger. It's better to avoid all these things. At last it's your decision.
