Documents required at the time of medical

Hello,
Anybody can guide me which dovdocume will be needed at the time of medical??
Actually my husband is in canada he sponsor me and Permanent residency program is in progress...Cic didn't ask my medical I want to give myself with my documents so which will be needed at the time of medical please guide me...

IRCC will send you the medical exam letter.....that's te document you will present to the IRCC panel physician......relax until you receive the letter.
