Documents required and the Gaps in employment

I just recently filled the online application, and i have to now mention the work details. i need to ask if i have gaps in my employment or if some reason i was jobless then should i mention that in application and how can i support that. do i need to have any document to prove the same..

please someone explain.

In your personal history section just list everything you did. If you were unemployed just put unemployed. You don't have to prove this. The only proof you provide is for the work experience you list in your work history section.
