Hi everybody, they sent me this email, since it's crucial i wanna make sure i'm not missing anything so if you have a minute please assure me:

Ø > Police Certificate: Please provide an original police certificate : from Israel ("Teudat Mirsham Plili"). The one you applied for on Oct. 7th, 2015 was never received at our office.
This must be received at this office by: 2016/06/29
Ø > Marriage Certificate: Original document or an original certified translation.
This must be received at this office by: 2016/05/29
Please note:
All Police Certificates must be ORIGINAL documents. Other documents should be submitted as Certified or Notarized Copies unless otherwise specified. If written in a language other than English or French, the document must be accompanied by original certified translations in English or French.
The above information/documents must be received in our office by the due date specified. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence, attach a copy of this request letter, and address your correspondence to the Canadian Embassy at the address indicated below.

So my questions are:
1. I go to the Israeli embassy and order the police certificate and have it mailed to the embassy's address in TLV?
2. I'll send them the original marriage certificate via Canada post and on the envelope i write the address:

3. How can i know for sure that they got the documents?
