What documents employer has to summit for applying LMO for Employee working on Post Graduate Work Permit.
Its only 2 months left for my pgwp to expire.Please advice

Firstly - you dont have to start a NEW THREAD, each time you have a question. You can simply post a new question in your previous thread. It would help you, as all the answers will remain in one place. Others can also share their views as all of the info will be in one place.

It seems your employer is doing this for the very first time. Instead of messing up your application, i'd suggest you to ask your employer if they can hire an immigration lawyer to process the application on company's behalf.

The first is very easy - it seems the answer is 0 - as your employer completely unaware about LMO process, you are the first one. Yayy!!

Expected start date - Not sure about this one. if there is box there - you can explain that the job is continuing from last year.
