documents mailing order for CEC application

Hi All,

What is the right order of sending application form.
Is it
1. check list on top followed by
2. bar code pages 5 and 6 from generic applciation and then pages 1,2 ,3, 4.
3. next form as per check list and so on.

Or
1. bar code pages 5 and 6 from generic applciation on top and then pages 1,2 ,3, 4
2. check list.
3. next form as per check list and so on.

Can some one plese clarify on this.

U mean split the generic form and place docuemnt check list in between the pages..

this is new to me.. did u apply in the same order..
