Documents List for Dubai Police Clearance Certificate, Applying from outside of UAE..

I am aware of the methods one can apply for Dubai Police Clearance Certificate from inside and outside of UAE. I'm looking for just the document list for applying outside of UAE (someone in UAE applying on someone else's behalf).

I have searched the forum without any specific list.
