Hi there,

Does anyone know the forms that I need to fill to apply to extend my work permit in Canada?
My wife just graduated from College and got her PGWP. She also has her 3 last pay slips and a copy of the contract under NOC B. My OWP is valid until next month.

Thank you for any help.

Hi excitedme,

I followed all steps in the link that you mentioned.
I have more one question.
In this question:
Are you a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a person who:
Holds a Work Permit for a job in National Occupation Classification O, A, B;Holds a study permit and is a full-time student at a university, community college, CÉGEP or other authorized educational institution;Holds a Temporary Resident Permit that is valid for six months or more;Applied for Permanent Residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Resident status (first stage approval)Is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable.
Yes

I answered "Yes" because my wife is the one with the PGWP. Did I answered right?

Thank you

Hi excitedme,

Should I upload a copy of my wife Pay Stubs and contract in the letter of explanation field?
There is no other spot that I can upload those documents.

Thank you.
