When you pay caq fees, you're going to have access to this form and "personalized checklist"(this document has a checklist with all required documents and some information about the process).

After getting the CAQ , If later I change my mind to attend any other university outside quebec,can I do so ?

Hey,

I received the letter with the approval of my application of my CAQ. In this letter, I found this following paragraph:

Once you have obtained your Study Permit, your certificate will remain valid even if you change your
study program or educational establishment provided the new program is of equal duration, same
level of study or cycle. For any other change, you must obtain a new certificate
